Since the Days of Play competition starts today, with the chance to win some really nice PlayStation goodies including a very lovely looking Days of Play limited edition PS4, I though it was a good time to post about some really quick and cheap games to net you some easy trophies, including the Platinum trophy.
In case you don’t know, the Days of Play competition requires you to unlock a trophy per day from any PS4 game you own between June 8th and June 18th. You have to register to be in with a chance of winning so make sure you sign up on the PlayStation website.
Now, onto the cheap and easy platinum trophy games.

1. Little Adventure on the Prairie
Time to Platinum: 30 mins – 1 hour
Price: £1.29
Little Adventure on the Prairie is a side scrolling adventure game, you control a green haired anime looking guy and have to use your sword to defeat enemies. The game is pretty terrible but it’s that quick and easy platinum you’re after not astounding gameplay.

2. 36 Fragments of Midnight
Time to Platinum: 1 – 3 hours depending on skill
Price: £2.49
I actually rather enjoyed 36 Fragments of Midnight and found it to be quite fun. You control a block thing and you have to traverse the game collecting the aforementioned 36 Fragments. Theres a little bit of replay required to get teh trophy as some other trophies required you to collect a certain amount of fragments and then die. If you’re fairly good at platform games though you should finish this pretty quickly.

3. Mr Massagy
Time to Platinum: 1 hour or less
Price: £3.99
Mr Massagy is a game by the same people who made My Name is Mayo, so you know it’s going to be a quick and easy platinum. It is a dating game of sorts where you browse a dating ap and have to get 3 stars on a variety of dates to end up getting a massage. The game has some funny dialogue (not sure it was meant though) and is definitely only for adults.

4. Her Majesty’s SPIFFING
Time to Platinum: about an hour using the walkthrough
Price: £14.99
Her Majesty’s SPIFFING is probably the best game in this list. It is a point and click adventure game with some very funny dialogue and decent graphics. Currently this isn’t so cheap at £14.99, I’m sure I got it on sale for less than a fiver. I would wait to this is on sale again.

5. Nubla
Time to Platinum: 1 – 2 hours with a walkthrough
Price: £7.99
Nubla is another fairly decent game. It’s a 2D side scrolling puzzle/adventure type game which takes place in an art gallery. It’s currently £7.99 which is not that cheap but it will likely be on sale again at some point for a lower price.

6. My Name is Mayo
Time to Platinum: 30 mins – 1 hour
Price: £0.99p
My Name is Mayo is perhaps the most famous of all the cheap and quick platinum trophy games. Essentially all you have to do is tap a mayo jar thousands of times. You ahve to watch out for the outfits you unlock and make sure to equip them to get the respective trophies. At 99 pence this really is a cheap platinum trophy.
And there you have 6 cheap and easy platinum trophies. You only have to earn a trophy per day to be in with chance of winning the Days of Play prize bundle so even though these games are quick platinums, feel free tot ake your time and spread them out over the 11 days.
