Sony, via the European PlayStation Blog, has just announced that a very cool looking Destiny 2 Limited Edition PS4 Controller will be released September 6th. As well as the snazzy looking special edition controller, there will also be new Destiny 2 PS4 bundles.
The Limited Edition Dualshock 4 controller will come in white, with the Destiny 2 tricorn logo in gold on the left grip and the three character class insignia, also in shiny gold, on the right grip.
The touch pad is emblazoned with the Destiny 2 logo in gold, which looks rather nice, contrasting with the black of the touchpad.
The Limited Edition Destiny 2 controller looks pretty nice indeed, no word on price or retailers yet, but I think I will be having myself one of these when they are up for sale.
There will also be some new Destiny 2 PS4 pro and PS4 bundles coming out, this is in addition to the Destiny 2 Glacier White PS4 Pro bundle, that I blogged about a while ago.
Sony have confirmed that Jet Black PS4 Pro bundle will be available, this will come with a physical copy of Destiny 2, Expansion Pass and the Premium Digital Content.
There will also be standard Jet Black PS4 Destiny 2 bundles available, these include:
- 1TB Jet Black PS4, extra Jet Black Dualshock 4 plus a Blu-ray disc copy of Destiny 2
- 1TB Jet Black PS4 and a Blu-ray disc copy of Destiny 2
- 500GB Jet Black PS4 and Blu-ray disc copy of Destiny 2
No word on prices yet for these new PS4 Destiny 2 bundles and I don’t see them listed at any retailer yet either, however Game is selling the Glacier White Destiny 2 bundle for £399.99 if you’ve got 400 quid lying around and want to get your hands on that.
