That Friday feeling is back and when we get that Friday feeling that means that Xur is here, selling his exotic goods to Guardians who have more legendary shards just waiting to be spent.
This week Xur is at his usual spot in Winding Cove in the European Dead Zone. Let’s take a look at what he’s selling.

The power level of Xur’s exotic items has increased from this week due to the Curse of Osiris expansion. Xur’s items now have a base Power Level of 300 with an included legendary mod raising the Power Level to 305.
The weapon on sale this week is the new exotic called Prometheus Lens from the Curse of Osiris expansion. This Trace Rifle has caused a bit of controversy since it appeared as it is extremely overpowered, particularly in PvP. Bungie has admitted that the weapon shipped with a bug and it will be patched(nerfed) in the next update, so get this and use while it’s still fun.
The Prometheus Lens is a Trace Rifle similar to the Coldheart. It fires solar damage and has the intrinsic perk called Prismatic Inferno which fires a solar trace beam and generates a damaging heat field that grows while the weapon continues to fire.
On the armour front we have Dragons’s Shadow, exotic Hunter chest Armour which as the intrinsic perk called Wraithmetal Mail. This perk grants increased movement and weapon handling speed for a short time after dodging.
For Warlock’s we have Nezarec’s Sin and exotic helmet with the intrinsic perk called Abyssal Extractors. With this perk void damage kills increase ability energy recharge rate.
Finally for Titans we have MK. 44 Stand Asides, exotic leg armour with the intrinsic perk called Seriously, Watch Out. This perk grants a overshield when sprinting at full health with Seismic Strike, Hammer Strike or Shield Bash equipped. Hits with these abilities recharge a portion of your melee energy.
