Ghost of Tsushima at the Top of UK Games Chart for Second Week

The PS4’s newest exclusive, Ghost of Tsushima is sitting honourably at the top of the UK all-formats chart for the second week. The open-world Samurai game launched 10 days ago on 17th July and shot straight to the top of the gaming charts.

The Sucker Punch developed game, which is set in 13th Century Japan, has assassinated Paper Mario: The Origami King to remain on the top spot for the second week in a row.

Ghost of Tsushima recently became Sony’s biggest selling original IP on the PS4, selling 2.4 million copies since it’s launch.

Ghost of Tsushima is of course at the top of the PlayStation 4 UK charts, with The Last of Us Part 2 still holding steady in the number 2 position.

PlayStation exclusives are fairing pretty well in the PS4 format charts. God of War, released in 2018, has gained two places, rising up from 8th place last week to 6th place this week. The action game by Santa Monica Studio has so far spent 67 weeks in the charts.

The Last of Us Remastered is also doing very well. It remains firmly in 7th place and has spent an incredible 120 weeks int he charts.

Marvel’s Iron Man VR gently floats down 3 places to number 9, down from 6th place last week.

Marvel’s Spider-Man makes a reappearance in the top 10 of the UK PS4 Chart. Gaining two places from last week to swing its way into the 10th position.
