Sucker Punch Productions and Sony have revealed the release date for the highly anticipated follow-up to GHost of Tshushima, Ghost of Yotei. Ghost of Yoteio will launch on PS5 on October 2nd, with pre-orders beginning on May 2nd.
A new trailer called The Onryō’s List has also been revealed, which you can check out below.
As well as some brief gameplay and a look at some stunning scenery, the trailer gives us our first look at the Yotei Six. A group of outlaws who took everything from the main character, Atsu. They killed Atsu’s family and left her for dead, but now she is out for revenge.
Here are the six names of the Yotei six.
- The Snake
- The Oni
- The Kitsune
- The Spider
- The Dragon
- Lord Saito
Atsu has to hunt down the Yotei six one by one. My guess is we will face off with these “bosses” after particular chapters or points in the story.
Ghost of Yotei pre-orders and editions
Sony has confirmed that pre-orders for Ghost of Yotei will begin on May 2nd at 10 AM in your local timezone. There will be several different editions available, including a £250.00 Collector’s Edition.

- Collector’s Edition
The £250.00 Collector’s Edition comes with some awesome sounding physical editions, including a replica display edition of Atsu’s ghost mask. There is also a replica of Atsu’s sash, which has all six names of the Yotei six. There is also a replica of the Tsuba from Atsu’s Katana and a pouch of gold coins. There is also instruction on how to play Zeni Hajiki, a mini-game that you can play in Ghost of Yotei.
The only thing the Collector’s Edition is missing, though, is a physical copy of the game or any kind of steel book case. The Collector’s Edition only comes with a digital code for the game.
Ghost of Yotei is out on October 2nd for PS5.
