Hove-based development studio, Studio Gobo, has announced that they are working with Guerrilla Games on the Horizon universe. Studio Gobo is a AAA development studio known for its collaborative work on games such as Hogwarts Legacy, Redfall, For Honor and the Disney Infinity series.
The studio has announced that they are now partnering with Guerilla Games and are working on the Horizon universe. They are currently hiring for various roles for the Horizon project and other teams.
Studio Gobo has not mentioned what their role is within the Horizon universe or if they are working on the Horizon Online game, or perhaps another Horizon project.
Guerrilla Games recently confirmed that they are not only working on a Horizon co-op project but are also continuing to create “epic solo adventures for Aloy.” So it sounds like Guerrilla is probably working on more than one Horizon game at the minute.
Currently, in the Horizon universe, there is the upcoming PS VR2 game Horizon Call of the Mountain. There is also Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores, an expansion for Forbidden West.
