Two famous and reliably accurate gaming insiders are saying that some kind of God of War Ragnarok announcements will happen on June 30th.
The first insider, the now famous (or is that infamous) The Snitch on Twitter posted a gif with the number 1110.
The numbers 11110 are binary numbers which convert to the number 30 in decimal. 30 presumably being the 30th of June.
The second insider, Tom Henderson also tweeted that there will be some king of God of War Ragnarok announcement on June 30th.
God of War fans have been chomping at the bit to find out when the next God of War game will release. If the insiders are accurate, we may find out the release date on June 30th. If Sony is to hold a special State of Play with new God of War Ragnarok details, then they will probably announce something early this week.
The last official thing we heard about Santa Monica Studio’s upcoming game was from Cory Barlog, Who, at the time said that they weren’t quite ready to show or reveal more about the game. At that time he urged fans to be patient and to know that “something cool is coming.”
Although a release window has never been officially stated, Santa Monica Studios has been sticking with a 2022 release for some time now. Even updating its Twitter bio to reflect the 2022 release date.
Bloomberg’s Jason Schrier has previously published an article stating that God of War Ragnarok is planned for a November release.
