The all-new PlayStation Plus subscription service is just around the corner, In fact, it’s due to launch in the UK and Europe on the 22nd of June. As the new PlayStation Plus basically amalgamates PS Now with PS Plus, many PlayStation Fanatics have been wondering what games will appear on the new service.
We have already seen some of the classic original PlayStation and PSP games that will be included, And we also know that PS5 exclusive Returnal will also be heading to the new subscription service. But now PlayStation has revealed a more substantial list of games that will be coming to the all-new PlayStation Plus during the launch timeframe.

In the PlayStation Blog post, Sony has said that it is “focused on adding high-quality titles into the PlayStation Plus service.” And have shared a selection of the games that will be available in the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium tiers.

Definitely a very nice collection of PS4 and PS5 games. I think I’ll be having a bash at Death Stranding Director’s Cut and Everybody’s Golf from the PlayStation Studios Games. The Crew 2 was a game I was wanting to get when it was first released but never bothered. So I think I will have a go at that too.
Ubisoft has also announced that a new subscription service called Ubisoft+ Classics will be available on day one of the new PS Plus launchings. This new service will initially have 27 popular and classic Ubisoft games but will increase to 50 by the end of the year.

There will also be classic PS1 and PSP games available on the Premium tier of the new PlayStation Plus. And there will be a nice selection of classic remasters that are on PS4.

I am pretty excited to see Jumping Flash on the list of classic PlayStation games. This was one of the very first games I ever played when the OG PlayStation launched, and I can’t wait to try its 3D awesomeness once again. For nostalgia.
Original PS3 Games (Streaming Only)
Also, the PlayStation Plus Premium tier will be a great selection of PlayStation 3 games. Just like with PlayStation Now, the PS3 games can only be streamed on PS4 and PS5. Maybe one day Sony will find a way to bring PS3 games to PS5 via proper backwards compatibility.

Also a very nice collection of PS3 games coming to the new PlayStation Plus. With all these games to choose from we are going to be spoiled for choice. The only problem now is finding the time to play them all.
There will also be time-limited game trials available for Premium plan subscribers. Games that will have trials include Horizon Forbidden West and Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Among others. PlayStation has also said that the games available in the PlayStation Plus games catalogue will continue to refresh and evolve over time. So there will always be new stuff to play.
