Only 10 PS4 Games Won’t Be Playable On PS5

Oh no, We Sing is not playable on PS5

Only 10 PS4 games are not playable on PS5

Sony has detailed what PS4 games won’t be playable on the PS5. And the good news is, there are only ten games and they are all either pretty small games or games you probably wouldn’t want to play anyway.

In a PlayStation support article, Sony lists the games that won’t be playable on PS5 and states that these games will be marked as PS4 only on the PlayStation Store.

Here are the PS4 games that won’t work on PS5.

  • DWVR
  • Afro Samurai 2 Revenge of Kuma Volume One
  • TT Isle of Man – Ride on the Edge 2
  • Just Deal With It!
  • Shadow Complex Remastered
  • Robinson: The Journey
  • We Sing
  • Hitman Go: Definitive Edition
  • Shadwen
  • Joe’s Diner

The only game that I own on that list is Robinson: The Journey, which is a fairly lacklustre PSVR title. So no big loss there.

Of course, the above list is subject to change as it’s possible Sony hasn’t fully tested every PS4 game yet to make sure they work on PS5.

Sony’s next-gen PS5 console is set to launch on November 12th in USA, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand & South Korea. The PS5 will launch on November 19th in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.
