Photo Mode Friday No. 5: No Man’s Sky on PS5

No Man’s Sky is the perfect game for virtual photography

No Man’s Sky is the perfect game for virtual photographers. The art style and graphics just make the whole game look so, so good. From the different colour pallets and procedurally generated landscapes on the planets to the variety of flora and fauna. You’ll feel like David Attenborough as you search, scan and snapshot all the glorious, stunning living things in the No Man’s Sky universe.

The photo mode in No Man’s Sky is pretty decent and offers a wealth of options for the more artistic virtual photographer. The usual options like sun placement increasing or reducing fog and clouds and field of view setting are all present. There are also options for tinkering with focus and of course a plethora of different filters.

Below is 39 of my favourite screenshots I have taken in No Man’s Sky on PS5 so far. And I am sure there will be plenty more as I explore the billions of planets.

No Man’s Sky is out now for PS4 and PS5. It is also playable in PlayStation VR and a PlayStation VR2 version is also in the works. A physical edition of No Man’s Sky for PS5 will also be released on 7th October.
