PlayStation Exclusives Dominate At the 2021 BAFTA Game Awards

A successful night for PlayStation then

PlayStation exclusive games dominated the 2021 BAFTA Game Awards last night. Out of the 18 categories, PlayStation games were nominated in all but one and won in an incredible 8 categories.

2020’s PS4 exclusives The Last of Us Part 2 and Ghost of Tsushima featured heavily as you would expect. The Last of Us Part 2 won in 3 categories including the EE Game of the Year – the only category where the public got a vote. Ghost of Tsushima was victorious in the Audio Achievement category.

BAFTA Game Awards 2021 Spiderman Miles Morales

PS5 launch titles Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Sackboy A Big Adventure also got some love from the BAFTAs. With Miles Morales scooping the award for best music and PlayStation icon taking home prizes for best British game and best family game.

PS5 pack-in game Astro’s Playroom also got nominated in a couple of categories. And PS4 game/art/animation creation game Dreams did as well. Dreams also won in the Technical Achievement category.

PS5 launch title and exclusive Demon’s Souls also made an appearance as the amazing remake was nominated in the Technical Achievement category.
