The long-awaited PlayStation Showcase has officially been announced. The showcase will take place next Wednesday, May 24th at 9 PM BST.
Rumours of a PlayStation Showcase for the end of May have been swirling for a while now, turns out they were true.
Announcing the showcase on the PlayStation Blog, Sid Shuman, SIE’s Senior Director of Content Communications said that the showcase will run for just over an hour. And will include a wealth of new IP for PS5 and PS VR2.
The show will focus on PS5 and PS VR2 games from top developers from around the world. There will also be a glimpse of “several” new creations from PlayStation Studios, as well as games from third-party partners and indie developers.
Where and When to Watch the 2023 PlayStation Showcase

The PlayStation Showcase will be broadcast at 1 PM Pacific time. In the UK this will be 9 PM. If you are in Europe then it will be 10 PM European Time and if you are on the US East Coast it will be 4 PM.
With the showcases running for just over an hour, it sounds like PlayStation has a lot to show us. Here’s hoping for some crackers.
