Nordic-inspired PS4 third-person adventure, puzzle game Spirit if The North is heading to PS5 in both digital and physical form the game’s publisher has announced.
Spirit of The North was released for PS4 back in June now the single-player indie adventure is making its way onto Sony’s next-generation console, the PlayStation 5.
The game is a single-player game which features stunning landscapes inspired by the beautiful scenery of Iceland. The story of the game takes its roots from various pieces of Nordic folklore.
In Spirit of The North, you play as a red fox whose story becomes entwined with the guardian of the Northern Lights, a female spirit fox.
“As you journey over the mountains and under red-stained skies, you’ll discover more about your companion and a land left in ruin. Traverse tundra, glaciers, and mountainsides as you follow a foreboding scarlet trail that paints the sky.”
Spirit of The North has a pretty decent user score of 7.8 on Metacritic, with players praising the landscapes and engaging story.
