PS5 Launch Games Announced and Priced

5 SIE Worldwide Studios games lead the launch lineup

PS5 first-party launch games

Tonight has been a huge PS5 night. The PS5 showcase was pretty damn awesome. We got the PS5 prices and release dates and now Sony has confirmed the PS5 launch games lineup from SIE World Wide Studios.

PS5 Launch Games

This is the first party PlayStation exclusive games that will launch alongside the PS5 in November.

Astro’s Playroom

Astro's Playroom

Astro’s Playroom from Japan Studio will come pre-installed on your PlayStation 5 console.

Demon’s Souls

Demon’s Souls, a remake of the classic PS3 game got it’s gameplay debut at the PS5 Showcase tonight. Fans will be pleased to know that the game will be a PS5 launch title, so you’ll be able to play it when you get your PS5.

Demon’s Souls will be priced at $69.99 or €79.99 Euros (ouch!) no UK Price is specified in the PlayStation blog post but should be around £70.00.

These prices are most likely digital PS store prices, so if you’re getting the disc PS5, you may want to look for a physical copy, as that may be a bit cheaper.

Destruction AllStars

Destruction All Stars PS5 launch game

I had a feeling that Destruction AllStars would be a PS5 launch game. The game looks like it will be pretty fun if you’re into multiplayer mayhem type games.

Destruction AllStars will be priced at $69.99 & €79.99. No Pounds Sterling price is mentioned but should be around £70.

Spider-Man: Miles Morales

Spider-Man: Miles Morales also got its gameplay debut at tonights PS5 showcase. This game is looking really, really good and brings back many fond memories of the original Spider-Man on PS4.

The combat looks slick and the graphics look stunning. This will be the perfect PS5 launch title.

Spider-Man: Miles Morales is priced at $49.99 & €59.99.

There will also be an ultimate edition available priced at $69.99 & €79.99. The Ultimate Edition contains a remastered version of Marvel’s Spider-Man. No UK price again but probably around £50 for the standard and £70 for the ultimate edition.

Sackboy: A Big Adventure

Sackboy is back, and this time he’s starring in his own big adventure.

Sackboy: A Big Adventure will be priced at $59.99 & €69.99. No UK price but expect around £60.

And that is all the first-party PS5 launch games from SIE World Wide Studios.

The prices are from the PlayStation Blog post, so they are most likely PlayStation Store digital prices. If you are planning on buying a PS5 with the disc drive, you might save a bit of money if you buy physical copies of the games.

All the games mentioned above should be released in physical, disc form.
