The still unannounced PS5 Pro could have 2TB of storage and run quieter and cooler it has been claimed.
The claim about the PS5 Pro’s storage capacity was made by Moore’s Law is Dead, speaking on their Broken Silicon podcast on YouTube.
Moore’s Law is Dead also claims to have seen the PS5 Pro dev kit, which also has 2TB of storage. The podcaster stated he doesn’t know if the 2TB storage will be in the retail version of the PS5 Pro. But think it could be because Xbox is releasing a 2TB Series X.
Moore’s Law is Dead also thinks that the PS5 Pro will use less than 250 watts of energy. And will run quieter and cooler.
Previous specification leaks for the PS5 Pro also mentioned that the console could have 2TB of storage.
Sony is yet to officially announce the PS5 Pro but a recent rumour about a new State of Play in September suggests the Pro could be revealed then.
