A few days ago prominent leaker Billbil-kun from Dealabs released a sketch of what they claimed was the design of the PS5 Pro. The overall design and shape of the console look very similar to the PS5 Slim. But the design of the PS5 Pro had 3 accent lines running across the console – the PS5 only has one.
Now an eagle-eyed user of the Resetera forum has spotted the same design hidden in the PlayStation 30th Anniversary logo. The 30th-anniversary image was posted to the PlayStation Blog only yesterday.
The PS5 Pro design is quite hard to see on the original logo posted to the PlayStation Blog. I had to check to confirm myself and it is there. I have adjusted the brightness and contrast of the original image to make the PS5 Pro design more visible.
When the image is enhanced, you can see the PS5 Pro design more clearly. And here is the “official” design from the 30th-anniversary logo side-by-side with Billbil-kun’s sketch to show the similarities.
As you can see from the images above, the “official” design from the logo is strikingly similar to that of Billbil-Kun’s sketch.
Several leakers including Dealabs have hinted at a State of Play at the end of this month and probably another reveal of something major, most likely the PS5 Pro console.
