It looks like games publishers are starting to update their Amazon listings and making the PS5 versions of their games available for pre-order.
Earlier today I posted that Assassin’s Creed Valhalla PS5 was up for pre-order on Amazon UK. I never thought to look for any other PS5 games at the time but after a quick look, two other Ubisoft games are up for pre-order on PS5.
Namely Far Cry 6 and Watch Dogs Legion. 2K Games’ NBA 2K21 PS5 version is also available for pre-order, but I think that’s been listed for a while.
That makes a grand total of 4 PS5 games that can be pre-ordered right now from Amazon UK. Interestingly, Australian retailer JB HI-FI (via press-start.com.au) also has Overcooked: All You Can Eat and Planet Coaster available for pre-order. Their listings pages also show the games off with the new PS5 Boxart.
I was unable to find any other PS5 games listed for pre-order on Amazon UK. So, unfortunately, we can’t pre-order Spider-Man: Miles Morales just yet.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla PS5 is available to pre-order now. This is the Limited Edition which is exclusive to Amazon. The Limited Edition includes a copy of the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla game, The Berserker Settlement Pack, The Hati Wolf Mount & A Set of Runes.
Far Cry 6 PS5

Far Cry 6 is the upcoming latest game in the Far Cry series. The PS5 version can be pre-ordered now. The edition is the Limited Edition which is exclusive to Amazon. The Limited Edition includes the full game as well as digital content: The Jungle Expedition Pack.
Amazon also has a pre-order bonus where you can get access to the Libertad Pack which includes the “Libertad Outfit” for your loyal Chorizo and the state-of-the-art “Discos Locos”, a weaponized disc launcher that will make your enemies dance on their own graves.
Watch Dogs Legion PS5

Watch Dogs Legion is an upcoming game in the Watch Dogs series, set in a post-Brexit London. The PS5 edition available for pre-order is the Limited Edition, which is exclusive to Amazon.
Watch Dogs Legion Limited Edition also includes a pre-order bonus which gives you access to the Golden King Pack. This includes The Uneasy Lies mask, Serpent Sisters Pistol skin and Lux Car skin. The Limited Edition also includes The London Dissident Pack: unlock three new masks to lead your resistance with style .
NBA 2K21 PS5

NBA 2K21 for PS5 is a massive £13.00 more expensive than the PS4 version for the same edition.
It is interesting to note that the three Ubisoft PS5 games are more expensive than their PS4 variants. Especially since it was reported a while back that Ubisoft would not be raising the price of next-gen games – at least not for this year.
With Amazon though, if you pre-order and the price does decrease, Amazon will only charge you the lowest price.
I’ve pre-ordered the three Ubisoft games to make sure the pre-orders would actually go through, and they have. I have received confirmation emails from Amazon for all three games.
Getting PS5 games pre-ordered is one thing, but what we really want to know is when we can pre-order our PS5 console – and how much it will cost us.
With there being only 3 months to the console’s launch – assuming it launches mid-November – we can’t be too far away now from a price reveal, and the chance to lock down our PS5 pre-orders.
