These are the Emblems you’ll get in Destiny 2 if you where a Destiny 1 Veteran

Destiny veterans will be able to get some nifty looking emblems to show off there legendary status in Destiny 2.

Destiny 2 veteran emblems

Just the other week, Bungie announced what emblems we will be getting in Destiny 2 to show of our veteran status and accomplishments from Destiny 1.

Gaurdians who have yet to complete the accomplishments for these emblems will have until August 1st to do so. There are however a few emblems that only Guardians who played vanilla Destiny will be able to get.

Check out these veteran emblems below;

Record Book Complete

If you have still to achieve certain record book ranks or grimoire score to be able to get these emblems it is very much achievable. As I write this article August 1st is 31 days away, so you have 31 days to grind out what you need.

You can see what Triumphs you have completed by logging in to the bungie.net website with your PSN ID and going to My Legend > Profile and then click on Triumphs. Good luck Guardians.

Bungie also has other things lined up to remember Destiny 1 veterans. In the This Week at Bungie article, bungie stated that somethings are best left for us to experience ourselves.

Some of the ways in which we’ll tip our hat to your legacy in Destiny 2, and some of the ways you’ll be able to show all the young pups that you’d become legend long before they were ever reborn in the Cosmodrome, are best left for you to experience for yourself.

What could this mean? Maybe when we’re out in the Worlds we will find some relics of past missions or accomplishments or Ghost will start reminiscing, who knows. Bungie did however say in the article there will be small, but hopefully emotionally impactful surprises to experience in Destiny 2.
