Another new week is almost here and that means a host of new PS5, PSVR2 and PS4 games are headed our way. This week sees Final Fantasy Vii Rebirth launch on PS5, it’s a cracking game according to the reviews. It currently sits with a Metascore of 92 and will be available on February 29th.
This week also sees some remakes and remasters headed to PlayStation. Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster lands on February 28th as does Brothers: A Tale Of Two Sons Remake.
Another noteworthy game arriving this week is Welcome to ParadiZe. It’s an isometric open-world zombie action RPG that you can play solo or with 4 players in co-op. Check out the trailer below.
On the PlayStation VR2 side of things, some games are coming to the PlayStation VR headset this week as well. First up is Beat the Beats VR a boxing rhythm game that will no doubt help keep you fit as well as give you a fun experience in PSVR2. Sounds like too much exercise for me though, maybe someone will release a drinking tea and eating chocolate biscuits rhythm game.
Also coming to PSVR2 this week is Rainbow Reactor Fusion – Remastered. A unique blend of a match 3 puzzle game and a story-based adventure.
Also coming this week, maybe, is Mixture. Mixture is a fantasy adventure game where you control two characters. Sounds interesting. It was supposed to launch a few weeks ago but got delayed. The latest release date information I can find points towards Mixture launching on March 1st, but the PlayStation Store just says 2024. So this may or may not be released this week.
