This coming week is another week packed full of new PS5, PS4 and PS VR2 games for you to enjoy. There’s not so much in the way of massive AAA games this week but there are still plenty of quality titles that might just take your fancy.
Goodbye Volcano High is finally coming out, this was revealed way back at the PS5 showcase in June 2020. It’s a narrative adventure about the beginning of a love story and the end of an era and features dinosaurs who go to high school.
UnderThe Waves from Parallel Studio is also out this week. It’s a narrative adventure game with some stunning-looking visuals that takes place under the waves. Gameplay and graphics look pretty great and it might be one to watch out for.
The fifth instalment of the Trine series is also out this week and is set to be Trine’s deepest and most visually rich chapter yet. Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy is out on Thursday, August 31st and will take Amadeus the Wizard, Zoya the Thief, and Pontius the Knight on their most action-packed journey yet.
For PS VR2 owners get your Sense controllers ready for Crossfire: Sierra Squad, a fast-paced, easy-to-learn, battle-focused shooter from Smilegate. Will it be better than last week’s PS VR2 shooter Firewall Ultra? Maybe. But will it have the gunplay mechanics and fun of Pavlov? Time will tell.
