One of my favourite PSVR1 games has finally gotten a PSVR2 release date. Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate isn’t merely a simple port of the original PSVR title Wanderer. It’s a fully-fledged remake, a reimagining of the game for the next generation of VR headsets.

The original Wandered was fantastic, it had a cool time travelling story and was one of the best-looking PSVR games.

Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate will undoubtedly be a must-play PSVR2 game when it lands on PlayStation next-gen VR headset on June 27th. Developer Might Eyes has released a new gameplay trailer which shows the main protagonist of the story Asher Neumann under fire during World War 2 aided by his trusty companion Samuel The Watch.

From what we can see in the trailer, Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate looks even better running on PS5 and PSVR2.

Writing on the PlayStation Blog, Sam Ramlu and executive producer at developer Mighty Eyes gave us a test of what to expect from this reimagining of Wanderer for PSVR2.

Playing as Asher Neumann, players can seamlessly time travel at will, exploring immersive worlds and experiencing exhilarating action while solving mind bending puzzles and wielding their time-traveling powers to reshape the course of history.

Wanderer: Fragments of Fate is out for PSVR2 on June 27th.
