
Some PlayStation first-party developers have confirmed which of their PS4 games will be playable on PS5. These confirmations have come after Sony detailed which PS4 games WON’T work on PlayStation 5.
Currently, both Santa Monica Studios and Naughty Dog have confirmed that their PS4 games will be playable on PS5.

God of War 3 Remastered and God of War will work on PS5
Santa Monica Studio has confirmed that God of War 3 Remastered and God of War (2018), the only two God of War game son PS4 will be playable on PS5. Both games will be playable day one via PS5’s backwards compatibility.

Naughty Dog PS4 Games On PS5
Naughty Dog has also confirmed that their PS4 games will be playable on PS5 via backwards compatibility.
The games are;
- The Last of Us Part 2
- The Last of Us Remastered
- Uncharted 4
- Uncharted: The Lost Legacy
- Uncharted 1 – 3 (Nathan Drake Collection)
- The Jak series of games

PlayStation 5 is set to launch on November 12th in the USA, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand & South Korea. And on November 19th in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.
