PS VR2 owners are looking forward to Resident Evil 4’s free VR Mode update for PS VR2. The free VR mode launches today (December 8th) and the official Resident Evil X/Twitter account has revealed when players around the world will be able to download the free mode.
UK PS VR2 owners who want to experience Resident Evil 4 in VR will be able to download the free update at 5.00 AM GMT. I can;t see many fellow Brits being up at that time but if you’re staying up to watch The Game Awards tonight, you might as well stay up for a couple of hours more to play a bit of Resident Evil 4 on PS VR2.
You’ll need to own the PS5 version of Resident Evil 4 to play the VR mode. And it just happens that the PlayStation Store has it on sale with a massive 57% off.
You’ll be able to get Resident Evil 4 Remake for PS5 for only £23.64 instead of the usual £54.99. If you’re not sure if Resident Evil 4’s VR mode will be for you, the Capcom has you covered. At the same time the free VR mode update releases there will also be a Resident Evil 4 VR mode demo that doesn’t require the full game.
