For players on PS5, God of War Ragnarok will have the following next-gen immersion features,a s you would expect.

  • Stunning 4K
  • 3D Audio
  • Haptic Feedback

Oddly though, the trailer makes no mention of whether the game will utilise the DualSense controller’s adaptive triggers. Or indeed the PS5’s super-fast HDD to speed up loading times or travel between realms.

God of War Ragnarok will also be on PS4 so we’ll probably have to wait until it comes out to see the major differences between the two versions, apart from the above-mentioned next-gen immersion features.

A recent report suggested that God of War Ragnarok will be about 40 hours long. And Sony also revealed a limited edition God of War Ragnarok Dualsense, which you can pre-order from GAME or PlayStation Direct.

God of War Ragnarok will be out on November 9th for both PS5 and PS4.
