New week. New games. And there are plenty of new games coming out this week to through your money and time at. There’s nothing really ‘big’ coming this week but there’s plenty of AA, Indie and PSVR2 games to enjoy.
Noteworthy games for this week include Llamasoft: The Jeff Minter Story. It’s an interactive documentary about legendary British game creator Jeff Minter. The documentary urges you to journey back in time to an era when games came on cassette tapes and you still got game manuals in the box. Llamasoft the Jeff Minter Story contains 48 classic games from eight different platforms. From the Ataris ST to the ZX81.
Also worthy of a mention is Outcast – A New Beginning. Set 20 years after the events of the first game Adelpha finds itself under threat of invasion: a ruthless robot army is exploiting the planet and is enslaving and even killing the people. Outcast – A New Beginning is out on Friday 15th of March.
PSVR2 owners have certainly not been left behind this week as three games are coming to your favourite VR headset this week. VR Citu Builder game Little Cities: Bigger arrives on PSVR2 on Tuesday, March 12th. Paint the Town Red VR, a first-person brawler with sandbox combat levels and a massive roguelike mode hits PSVR2’s everywhere on March 14th. Last but not least is CyubeVR, a procedurally generated voxel exploration and building game that some PSVR2 fans are looking forward to. CyubeVR is out on Saturday, March 16th.
