As we wait patiently for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 to arrive on PS5 on October 20th, Spider-Man fans will be able to get their hands on a limited edition Spider-Man 2 PS5 console from Friday 1st September.
The Limited Edition Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 PS5 bundle was first announced in on July 20th and pre-orders began on July 28th.
The Limited Edition Spider-Man 2 isn’t exclusive to PlayStation Direct though and you will be able to pre-order and buy the bundle from other retailers in the UK. The RRP for the Spider-Man 2 bundle is £569.99 and most retailers aren’t selling it much cheaper. But Curry’s and Amazon are selling it for £569.00 on the nose.

Symbiotic Takeover Design Makes This PS5 Look Stunning
With it’s striking red and black symbiotic takeover design, the Spider-Man 2 PS5 console looks absolutely incredible. As well as the symbiotic takeover design, the console also features the Spider-Man logo on the front and back of the console. One side of the console cover has the red and black symbiotic design with the logo and the other side is just black with the logo at the bottom.
The Spider-Man 2 PS5 console bundle looks like it is only available in the disc version. But you will be able to buy separate Spider-Man 2 console covers for your PS5 digital console.
If you don’t need a new PS5 console, then you can always make your existing PS5 console look just like the limited edition one. Sony is also selling Spider-Man 2 console covers for £54.99 with a release date of 8th September.
The Spider-Man 2 console covers will be available for both the disc and digital PS5s. Both are priced at £54.99 but at the time of writing, they are showing as currently unavailable on PlayStation Direct.
PS5 fans will also be able to get hold of the Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 DualSense controller on September 1st. The controller features the same awesome-looking symbiotic takeover design as the console and console covers. The Spider-Man 2 DualSense is priced at£69.99 from PlayStation Direct.
