UK PS5 Boxed Charts: Spider-Man 2 Slips to 3rd and 5 Games Re-Enter

The latest UK PS5 Boxed charts data has been released for the week ending the 18th of November. Sadly, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has slipped down a place and now web-hangs in 3rd place.

Last week, Spider-Man 2 was knocked off its first-place perch by Modern Warfare 3. This week the latest CoD remains firm in the top spot but EA Sports FC 24 dribbles past the Spidey’s and nips into the second position.

And just like magic, Hogwarts Legacy pulls a trick out of its sleeve and remains at number 4. The wonderous Wizarding World RPG has made a re-entry in the all-formats chart at number 1. Mainly due to the game’s release on Nintendo Switch.

Elsewhere in the UK PS5 boxed chart, Assassin’s Creed Mirage is still staying the course in the middle of the chart at number 5.

Prepare for re-entry

And amazingly the rest of the PS5 chart is made up of re-entries. Back in at number 6 is Mortal Kombat 1. And a major surprise is Square Enix’s Forspoken, back in the chart at number 7. The magic shooter received mixed reviews on its initial release but has somehow managed to get back right in the thick of things.

I thought Forspoken was pretty good, so I am glad to see that it’s getting some new love.

Gran Turismo 7 also makes a cheeky manoeuvre and comes speeding back into the UK PS5 boxed chart at number 8. Possibly due to the Gran Turismo film being released on maybe just a surge in PS VR2 sales, I’m not sure. But glad to see Sony’s racer back in poll position.

Final Fantasy 16 is also another re-entry at number 9. Seriously, what’s with all these re-entries? But there’s yet one more re-entry to go. Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate has fought its way out of retirement and joins Mortal Kombat 1 in the top 10 at number 10. That’s two Mortal Komabt games in the top 10 of the UK PS5 boxed chart.
