VR Developer nDreams has officially announced that their Ghostbusters VR game will be making its way to PlayStation VR2. It was inevitable that Ghostbusters would have come to PS VR2 since it is a Sony property but a recent Tweet by nDreams means it is official.

nDreams recently revealed that they were working on PS VR2 games and it looks like Ghostbusters VR was one of them. The game’s official web page currently lists the Meta Quest 2 as the game’s only platform. But the recent Tweet by nDreams confirms that the ghost-busting VR game will indeed be on Sony’s next-gen VR headset.

Who You Gonna Call?

From the description of Ghostbusters VR on the official web page, it sounds like it will be a very fun game.

Track, blast, and trap ghosts in gripping encounters by wielding iconic equipment. Go it alone, or as a team with up to three friends in co-op, in an extensive and engrossing campaign. Continue the Ghostbusters’ legacy, protect the city from fiendish ghosts, and experience all the humor and frights from the beloved franchise.

Ghostbusters VR currently does not have a release date but we are sure to hear more in the coming months. nDreams posted on the PlayStation VR subreddit that they will be sharing more about the release details at a later date.
