The latest UK PS5 Boxed charts data has been published and Spider-Man 2 is back in the swing of things. Insomniac Games’ amazing superhero adventure might not be back in the top spot, but it’s not far away at number 2.
Avid readers of PlayStation Fanatic will remember that Spider-Man 2 sadly slipped into third place last week. But this week, our favourite wall-crawling heroes are back in contention. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has gained one place and now sits at number two in the UK PS5 boxed charts.
In the all formats chart, Spider-Man 2 is down one place to number 5. The PS5 exclusive might not be sitting on top of the charts but it is certainly getting plenty of recognition elsewhere. Spider-Man 2 was recently nominated for an accessibility award at this year’s Game Accessibility Conference. And of course, it’s in the running for Game of the Year at this year’s The Game Awards.
Modern Warfare 3 which was last week’s number 1 has fell two places to number 3. And EA Sports FC 24 has gained a place and is now at number one.
Hogwarts Legacy and Assasin’s Creed Mirage both remain at number four and five respectively. Like last week’s charts, there are also some re-entries to the UK PS5 boxed charts top 10 this week. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor makes a reappearance at number six and GTA 5 pops up again at number nine.
Also re-entering the charts this week is Santa Monica Studios God of War Ragnarok. The PS5 and PS4 exclusive that was released in November last year has made a surprising re-entry at number 10 in the UK PS5 boxed chart. Seems like new PS5 owners want to experience the magnificence that is God of War Ragnarok.
